The Learning Network Podcast Episode 13, New Year, New You in 2022 with Kelly Bell

Happy New Year CAFS Crew!

In this episode of The Learning Network Podcast, I reflect on 2021 and talk about some of my goals for 2022! I also chat about a few things I'll be doing differently in 2022 including new projects, offers and affirmation/organisational tools!

My word for this year is “growth.” I will be focused on systematising my business and making it work more efficiently, through which I will be able to share with you even more skills and ideas to maximise wellbeing and success in your classroom.

For this episode, "New Year, New You in 2022," I would love you guys to think about some goals you might have for yourself for this year. As many of you know, goal setting is in the Year 11 course and we've talked about the importance of setting smart, specific, measurable, achievable, realistic, and timely goals for what we want to achieve, both personally and professionally.

I would also love you to take this episode as a reminder to focus on your wellbeing. Teaching is one of those careers that it takes all of your energy and I think we underestimate the power of our role as educators. We're not just teachers, we have the power to make a huge impact on the lives of so many young people, their families and the world in which we live.
