Two nights away. Just for teachers.
You know the feeling.
It's Term 1. You started the year with good intentions.
Then the marking piled up. The emails didn't stop. Somebody needed you at lunch. Again.
By March, you're running on empty and you haven't even reached the hard part of the year.
You need to step out of it completely. Just for a moment. Long enough to remember why you started, and to decide how this year is going to go.

Two nights on a private estate with 16 teachers who get it.
Just space to breathe, move, rest and reset.
You'll leave with clear intentions, firm boundaries and a plan for a teaching year you can actually sustain.
A weekend with a purpose
Recalibrate
Take an honest look at where your time and energy are really going. Name what's draining you and what still lights you up. Then set clear intentions to tackle the year ahead.
Reconnect
Connect with the purpose and passion that brought you into teaching. Spend real time with teachers who truly get the highs and lows of the job. Leave feeling reignited, not just rested.
Reset
Build the boundaries that protect your evenings, weekends and energy. Practise the words for saying no without the guilt. Walk out with a sustainable teaching plan you can start using on Monday.
Restore
Ice baths to wake you up. Sauna and hot tub to let it all go. Guided movement, bushwalks and nights by the firepit. Two full nights where no one needs anything from you.
Glen Eden Estate in the Hunter Valley is ours, exclusively, for the weekend.
Cosy cabins. A full wellness hub with ice bath, infrared sauna and gym. A hot tub. A mineral pool. A dam with a jetty to sit on with your morning coffee.
No other guests. No noise. Just us.

Ice, heat and stillness
Start the morning with an ice bath. Let it all go in the infrared sauna. End the day in the hot tub under the stars.
Everything is taken care of.
Being part of our Reset Retreat will contribute 6 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) PL in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing standard descriptors 6.2.2, 6.3.2, 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
This is for you ifโฆ
You don't need to be fit. You don't need to have done an ice bath. You just need to turn up.
Kell Bell
Kell knows burnout from the inside.
After years of loving teaching and giving it everything, she reached the point where there was nothing left to give. Stepping out of the classroom gave her the space to rebuild.
Now she shares the tools and strategies she wished she'd had: the boundaries, systems and habits that let teachers keep doing the job they love without losing themselves to it.
With 22 years in education, as NSW HSC CAFS Supervisor of Marking and a presenter for over 15 years, she has supported more than 4,000 teachers and 8,000 students.
Choose the payment option that suits you. Once 16 places are gone, they're gone.
