Quick answers to common questions
How do I join a membership?
Head to the memberships link, pick Primary, 7-10 PDHPE, CAFS or HMS and join in a couple of minutes. You will have access to all of your time-saving resources as soon as you complete your onboarding form.
Can my school be invoiced?
Schools receive a tax invoice when they purchase online. If your school needs to pay by EFT, contact us and Tess will generate an order for you.
I am already a member and need help.
Email [email protected] or use the form. We will get you sorted quickly. If you are trying to access your membership Google Drive, you need to complete your onboarding form first please.
How quickly will you reply?
Within two business days. We are a small team of educators, so thank you for your patience during busy school periods. We break during school holidays too, so please allow a few days for a reply to your email.
