Two nights away. Just for teachers.
You know the feeling.
It's Term 1. You started the year with good intentions.
Then the marking piled up. The emails didn't stop. Somebody needed you at lunch. Again.
By March, you're running on empty and you haven't even reached the hard part of the year.
You need to step out of it completely. Just for a moment. Long enough to remember why you started, and to decide how this year is going to go.

Two nights on a private estate with 18 teachers who get it.
Just space to breathe, move, rest and reset.
You'll leave with clear intentions, firm boundaries and a plan for a teaching year you can actually sustain.
A weekend with a purpose
Recalibrate
Get honest about where you are. Set clear, positive intentions for the year ahead.
Reconnect
With your body. With your purpose. With teachers who understand exactly what your week looks like.
Reset
Build the boundaries that protect your time and energy. Walk away with a sustainable plan, not just a nice weekend.
Move and restore
Ice baths. Sauna. Hot tub. Mineral pool. Guided movement. Private bushwalks. Firepits under the stars.
Glen Eden Estate in Broke is ours, exclusively, for the weekend.
Cosy cabins. A full wellness hub with ice bath, infrared sauna and gym. A hot tub. A mineral pool. A dam with a jetty to sit on with your morning coffee.
No other guests. No noise. Just us.

Everything is taken care of.
Being part of our Reset Retreat will contribute 6 hours of NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Elective PL in the priority area of Delivery and Assessment of NSW Curriculum/EYLF addressing standard descriptors 6.2.2, 6.3.2, 7.4.2 from the Australian Professional Standards for Teachers towards maintaining Proficient Teacher Accreditation in NSW.
This is for you ifโฆ
You don't need to be fit. You don't need to have done an ice bath. You just need to turn up.
